Data minimization
AVERHELM will collect only information reasonably needed to quote, service and administer insurance relationships.
Security
Production systems will use role-based access, MFA, encryption, audit logs and secure document handling. Sensitive information will not be requested through unsecured channels when a secure method is available.
Service providers
Approved insurance systems, carriers, MGAs, wholesalers and technology providers may receive information only as required for authorized business purposes and subject to applicable agreements and law.
